  2. Rachel Y. Marshall, Esq. Worked as Director of Community and Government Relations at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark • Rachel Y. Marshall, Esq., an established attorney, orchestrated strategic planning, development, and implementation of communications of public/government affairs and marketing activities for over a million-dollar non-profit organization. • She exhibited expertise in building and maintaining professional relationships with the local and state government agencies, consumers, and community groups. • Besides, she monitored, analyzed, and advised on advocating objections concerning local and state legislation while assessing risks that impacted the financial and policy interests of the organization. • Rachel also managed, composed, and edited a full range of communications conveying the advancement of the organization’s mission to diverse constituencies including the media, elected officials and the public for over 70 programs.
