Marshall, Esq. resolves the scheduling issues and conflict assignments and supervises the administration of public legal service for the City of Newark’s municipal courts. • She also provides the legal services to the individuals charged with criminal, traffic, housing, and DUI cases. • Additionally, Rachel revises and institutes new office policies post COVID-19 and formulate new office operations that are internet and virtual court based.

Rachel Formerly Served as the Solo Practitioner at The Marshall Law Practice LLC • Rachel had a knack for enjoying the business side of running a legal practice. • She represented corporations and non-profit organizations regarding corporate formation, employment issues and business operations. • She maintained a landlord-tenant practice through the State of New Jersey representing landlords and housing nonprofits in tenant eviction matters. • She managed all phases of litigation including depositions, document production, interrogatories, motions, legal trial preparations, and settlement negotiations. • She believes that the solo practitioners work for themselves and have a strong sense of business as well.
