Marshall, Esq. holds expertise in criminal and civil litigations. She successfully managed to make a mark in her field. She utilizes her work experiences and cases as teaching tools as she is working to provide instructions to students keeping criminal law and protocols. Serving as an Adjunct Professor Criminal Law at Union County College, Division of Social Sciences, Business & History, Cranford, NJ, she ensures the success of students by providing the effective education. Regarding her education credentials, Rachel Y. Marshall, Esq. holds a Bachelor degree in Science and Arts from Rutgers University. She has double major in Sociology and Administration of Justice. Rachel Y. Marshall started her career as an attorney where she retained as a pool attorney to manage conflict cases. She litigated indictable cases including drug offenses, theft, sexual assault, armed robberies, and possession of deadly weapons. Rachel assigned assistant public defender to represent clients at arraignment and bail hearings. As the former solo practitioner, she worked at The Marshall Law Practice LLC in Newark.
