Marshall, Esq. is the former solo practitioner at The Marshall Law Practice LLC in Newark. • She had a knack for enjoying the business side of running a legal practice. • She represented corporations and non-profit organizations regarding corporate formation, employment issues, and business operations. • Being the solo practitioners allow for a greater diversity of client experiences. • They have a greater flexibility in the areas which they practice.
