ASPECTOS SOCIAIS • 120 catadores cadastrados, em sua maioria são mulheres (57,27%), • 8% são analfabetos e 51% possuíam o ensino fundamental incompleto, • 66,36% entraram na atividade de catação por falta de emprego, • 86% trabalham entre 5 a 7 dias por semana, • 74% trabalham mais de 7h por dia, • Renda média individual é de R$ 181,00 e a familiar é de R$ 306,00, • 63,43% não utilizam qualquer equipamento de proteção individual.
