Slide 9:For any real estate or real property transaction or cancellation of transaction Org unit submits Real Estate Services Request Form to PDC prior to any formal action PDC acts on behalf of university in conjunction with requesting agency If Board of Trustees approval required, PDC provides recommendation to Senior VP for A&F for submission to Board When transaction is completed, PDC retains executed documents; provides copies to Affected org unit(s) General Counsel
