  6. Offender Workforce Development & Transition Initiative • Partners – MSDE Correctional Education, Division of Correction, Division of Parole and Probation, One Stop Career Centers, Community Partners, Council on Management and Productivity, Empower Baltimore, Enterprise Foundation

  7. Goals • Coordinate partners for offender transition and workforce development across state • Professional resources such as NIC training modules on ex-offender employment and transition • Staff development to support integration of Career Development activities
