  1. How to Sell Your Old Phone for the Most Money Ross Vish Apr 1, 2019 When you’ve got a new phone, the world seems sparkly and bright. But don’t forget about your old phone yet. A number of services will give you cash or store credit for a used device. Just make sure to wipe all your data off your old phone before you part with it. We’ve gathered some services where you can trade in an old device for cash or store credit. Most of these services also take Samsung and Google devices, and all of them take iPhones. To compare the prices offered by each service, we ran a price check for an Apple iPhone 8 (64GB, AT&T) in various states of damage.

  2. Best Place to Maximize Your Value: Glyde With Glyde, you set the price and list your phone on the site’s marketplace. Select the model and condition of your phone, and Glyde will suggest a market value at which to resell your phone. When someone buys your device off Glyde, you’ll be paid via direct deposit, a paper check, or Bitcoin. We advise you to send in your charger, too. If you don’t include the charger, the highest price offered for an iPhone 8 is only $173. If you include the charger, Glyde’s market price suggestion jumps to $500. ● Quote for an iPhone 8 in good to perfect condition: $500, with charger ($422 minus fees) ● Quote for an iPhone 8 in good condition with some scratches: $480 ($405 minus fees) ● Quote for an iPhone 8 with a cracked screen: $166, with or without charger
