Natural living may seem so different from each individual's lifestyle. For some it could mean simply deciding to use natural products and not resorting to chemically engineered foods. For others it may mean a complete overhaul of their lifestyle completely, trying out different types of exercise, meditation and diet. For some, all natural living means simply going green, recycling, planting trees, and utilizing renewable energy sources. Natural living could actually look quite different from each person's lifestyle. Ultimately natural living means living within the natural rhythms of the planet and its environment. Instead of battling against nature and against the forces of the universe that shape and create our world, we find that we simply have to embrace it and learn to co-exist with it. Following nature's rhythms and living in harmony with it, rather than struggling against it, would be one way that we can actually make the most of our limited physical lifetime on this planet. One of the things that I really like about this aspect of natural living is the focus on using natural beauty products. Many people believe that natural products are harmful to our health and therefore should be avoided. In fact, many beauty products contain dangerous chemical ingredients such as dioxane, which is a cancer-causing substance. A better focus on using safe, gentle, all natural ingredients would definitely be a step in the right direction.
