  3. Creation of “Cinema Self” To begin, brainstorm about the qualities you have which you would like to concentrate on for your CINEMA SELF character. In your sketchbook, take some time to think about this. Come up with 4 different “Cinema Self” possibilities. Use this format: CINEMA SELF #1 A. Characteristic to focus on • How it will be emphasized in the cinema self? • In one sentence, describe this cinema self? • What type (genre) of movie will this character be in? CINEMA SELF #2, #3 and #4 (same as above)

  4. Agenda for today: • Clean out your files. The only things in your home folder should be: Photoshop Practice files Color Study (versions w/ and w/o layers) Self Portrait (versions w/ and w/o layers) Complete the worksheet/movie proposal for today • Decide upon the movie genre • Create and choose main character (Cinema Self) • Decide upon one or two other main characters • Figure out your target audience • Write a summary of your movie plot • Thumbnail drawings Movie Proposal Due Next Class before you begin designing!
