  1. About Shiraz Boghani Shiraz, a qualified Chartered Accountant, is a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion and drive which has led to many major achievements. Originally from Kenya, Shiraz arrived in the UK in 1969 where he started his initial training as an accountant in a firm of Chartered Accountants. This quickly followed by Shiraz starting his own practice in 1978 where he practiced forever 10 years. Shiraz, an innovative and forward­ thinking businessman, was quick to spot opportunities in other areas and was a founding member of two major companies, and setup a partnership in Sussex Health Care and Splendid Hotel Group in 1985 and 1986 respectively. Shiraz was instrumental in raising funding and overseeing key asset deals that has resulted in successful expansion for each of these companies.
