Amazon Cloud Front is a fast content delivery network (CDN) service that securely delivers data, videos, and applications to their customers globally with low latency, high transfer speeds, all within a developer-friendly environment. • Amazon Cloud Front can be defined as a web service which helps users in speeding up the distribution of static and dynamic web contents, such as .html, .css and other image files.

Now, AWS offers us IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service), So with the help of which we users usually launch our own website. • But here, the main thing to be noted out is concept of Data Fetching i.e how easily a user can fetch the data from your website with low latency, and thus here the concept of AWS Cloud Front comes in picture. • Now, suppose you are a user based in India and you are trying to visit a website based in US, so during this process of connection your request is routed to USA and then it is delivered back to you where this process involves a series of networking's. Thus, this all process takes some time to complete i.e issue of data latency.

Now if you have access of Amazon Cloud Front then it sets few intermediate points between the user and main server and stores data on edge locations i.e in form of cached data which is made available to the users on their request, thus reducing the latency and delivery takes place at a very fast pace. • Benefits of using Amazon Cloud Front. • Accelerated static or dynamic content delivery from websites. • Superfast on demand live streaming.
