If you run a product-based e-commerce business, you will undoubtedly have a fulfilment centre. However, keeping the warehouse running smoothly is a challenge in and of itself. A warehouse that runs like a well-oiled machine is a sight to behold. Although it is simple to achieve, there are several factors that can cause a breakdown and disable the entire system.
