  5. Do work on logistics. • Schedule • Technology • Transportation

  6. Don’t worry about redundancy. • We do not know • Just-in-time info

  7. Don’t try to hide problems. • Frame with present/future orientation

  8. Do anticipate requests. • Have people to help

  9. Do ask colleagues. • Adapt for your situation

  10. Do plan opening and closing. • Orientation • Opening reception is PR opportunity • Accept team report with gratitude and vision • Relief celebration

  11. Do use accreditation. • Lever for change • Champion self study and peer evaluation • Always about students
