The structure of the course is almost the same: the study of the approach to the reconstruction of the upper and lower limb by traditional and safe muscolar and fasciocutaneous flap. But, this year, we propose a further new item: perforator flaps. Once again experienced and internationally known Surgeons will share their knowledges about anatomical and surgical bases of the most important flaps for the upper and lower limb. The Course program will start with lectures about anatomical bases, surgical techniques and clinical indication for the different flaps. Then video dissection of the flap will explain more technical ticks and trips. At least all the Partecipants at the course will directly dissect flaps on fresh anatomical limbs. Complex clinical cases will be discussed at the end of the course.
