  2. Stage 1 - Collection Industrial and or commercial plastic waste is gathered in large quantities and picked up by either a MRF or a broker.

  3. Stage- 2 Consolidation & Cleaning Material is either brought to a recycling facility where it is cleaned, sorted and consolidated by type; or a broker works to consolidate the material based on type in their facility with other purchased leads.

  4. Stage- 3 processing Recycled plastic is shredded or ground in flake or regrind, sorted and then processed in to pellets for further resale and use.

  5. Stage- 4 Manufacturing Recycled plastic (pellets, flakes and regrind )are turned into finished plastic products made up of the same type of plastic material.
