  7. OPRA’s Status Screen keeps everyone informed! Users can see there back orders here. Pending orders are shown here, along with the approval status of the order. Simply click on magnifying glass to see the order in full.

  8. On the RECEIVING end… • You can set up as many “approvers” as you wish for each account charged. Approvers review the order and click on the approve button. • Once approved, the requisition is routed to the warehouse. 1. Pic Slip is generated for warehouse. 2. Warehouse fills out amount shipped and clicks on submit. Once this happens – Accounts are charged, inventory is reduced and a packing slip is generated. It’s that simple!
