If it makes your finger turn green it is because you have alot of acid in your system not that it is not real silver. As you are probably the type of people that have to wear nickle free earrings. I was a Regional Manager for a High Name Brand Jewelry Store and if that happened if was due to you having high acid in your system, not the ring or earrings. What you should do is put a clear coat of clear fingernail polish over the bottom to make if last longer if you are complaining it turning your finger in two days. Never heard of that either your wearing it while cleaning house with products if that is the case.
