1. Conclusion What did the opening scenes all have in common? • One thing that all the opening scenes had in common is that they all left the audience asking questions. None of the scenes gave out too much information (with the exception of the Star Wars crawl) . We also don’t know much about the characters which makes them a mystery that the audience wants to solve. Where there any sequences and titles that were particularly different from the others and if so, why do you think this was? • The Star Wars opening scene differed from the others because it was the only film that introduced us to more that two main characters. I think they have done it this way because of the Main Crawl at the very start which filled us in on what was happening. The Star Wars film was the only film that didn’t have a lead up but dropped us straight into the action.

2. Conclusion In your opinion which was the most successful and why? • I think that the most successful opening scene was the scene from get out as we literally don’t know the reason for anything that happens at all, which puts the audience in a position where they know nothing and question everything. In your opinion which was the least successful and why? I think that 1917 was the least successful because there is nothing really that makes the movie seem exciting. We are only left with the questions.
