Reinforced Graphite Sheet at Uniseals

Widely used static seals are Reinforced Graphite Sheet. The mechanical properties on the seal interface are examined in this study which is significant to the sealing performance. Based on an elastic-plastic material and test rig structure properties, the study uses finite element simulations.
