Venzee is a topnotch product information management solution leveraging the power of the cloud to offer BigCommerce merchants an easy and uncomplicated way to create dynamic, content-rich product records 100% compatible with their eCommerce platform. How it works: Step 1: Easy Freebie Sign Up Registering for Venzee is easy peasy. When your personal and company profiles are set up, you’re ready to take a few minutes to upload the product data your suppliers sent you via Venzee, CSV, XLS, or XLSX, online form, or from our Integration Marketplace. You’ll see it’s really easy! How do I import data into Venzee? How do suppliers share data with their retailers via Venzee? Step 2: The BigCommerce Template Once you’ve imported your data, go to Dynamic Data and click the “Add” button. This is our Template Library. Find the BigCommerce template and select it. Click Next. How do I create a template? Step 3: Match Attributes & Fields Now you are going to create your Dynamic Collection. You do this by mapping your data’s attributes (name, size, color, etc.) with the fields in the Venzee BigCommerce template you selected. Looking for tool tips? Click the “?” to the right at each field. Advanced options include the ability to create tables, perform math calculations, and add padding. You can also create brand new content out of your data and the template’s fields. This is a bulk process that saves you both time and money! How do I create a Dynamic Collection? How do I import images into Venzee? Step 4: Generate Clicking “Generate” turns your Source into Dynamic Data. This new collection has all your recently created BigCommerce-ready product records! Click “Export”, select the file format you prefer, and check your inbox for the download link. This is the file that’s going to allow you to quickly update your BigCommerce Store.
