What is Legal Notice: Legal notice is basically a legal communication sent by one person to another, through its counsel, giving final opportunity to the addressee to act or not to act in compliance with the terms agreed between them for example to make payment, to deliver goods or discharge liability etc. Contents of an Effective Legal Notice: An effective legal notice should be complete in all respect and contain all important factual matrix in appropriate order and language. For example without complete name and address of addressee, it may not be properly delivered.
