  6. It's a thinking approach to help you get a better feel for how a potential decision would impact you in: 10 years 10 10 minutes months

  7. The answers usually tell you something very persuasive. Some of the choices you make are just okay, others quite consequential for your life, still others so unimportant that you won't even remember them after a little while.

  8. It's a simple yet very practical way to get yourself out of life's awkward quandaries, to put things in perspective, and rally the motivation you need to take action.
