  1. Natural Pregnancy

  2. Introduction A natural & healthy pregnancy is initiated when a chromosomally normal egg (oocyte) is ovulated from ovary during fertile period, enters open (patent) fallopian tube, gets fertilised with a healthy sperm. The resulting embryo then enters uterine cavity at blastocyst stage & implants in a receptive lining of uterus (endometrium) during the implantation window.

  3. What is Fertile Period? 01 02 After release from ovary the egg remains suitable for fertilization for approximately 18 hours. While a healthy sperm may retain potential to fertilize oocyte for nearly 2 to 6 days from the day of ejaculation. 03 04 Pregnancy is most likely to happen if sexual intercourse happens every 1-2 day, starting from 6 days before ovulation till the day of ovulation This time window between day 8-18 of period is considered fertile period.

  4. Here are some natural tips that can help you have a healthy and happy pregnancy: Eat a well-balanced and nutritious diet Stay hydrated Exercise regularly Get enough sleep Manage stress Attend prenatal appointments

  5. How to get pregnant naturally

  6. Track your menstrual cycle: Knowing when you are ovulating is important when trying to conceive. You can use a calendar, an ovulation predictor kit, or track your basal body temperature to determine when you are ovulating. Have regular sex: Try to have sex regularly, especially during your most fertile days. You may want to consider having sex every other day during your fertile window. Maintain a healthy weight: Being underweight or overweight can affect your fertility, so try to maintain a healthy weight through regular exercise and a balanced diet. Reduce stress: Stress can affect your ovulation and hormone levels, so try to manage stress through exercise, relaxation techniques, and self-care. ● ● ●

  7. Avoid smoking and alcohol: Smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can lower fertility, so it's best to avoid or limit these habits when trying to conceive. Consider your partner's health: Your partner's health and lifestyle can also affect your chances of getting pregnant, so encourage your partner to maintain a healthy weight, avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, and consider taking a multivitamin with zinc. Talk to your healthcare provider: If you have been trying to conceive for several months without success, talk to your healthcare provider. They may recommend further testing or treatment options. ● ● Remember, getting pregnant can take time and there are no guarantees. Be patient, stay positive, and take care of yourself both physically and emotionally.
