  1. How to Identify and Correct Hormonal Imbalances Have you been feeling kind of unsettled lately? Have you been experiencing a sudden burst of acne or can’t seem to put a finger what’s causing irregular bowel movements or perhaps a disturbed sleep cycle? Some early symptoms to keep an eye out for are unexplained weight gain or weight loss, difficulty sleeping, changes in sensitivity to cold and heat, very dry skin or skin rashes,

Once you know that you might have a problem its essential to do what you can to curb it. An easy and refreshing way to do so is by practising yoga. It is best to take the advice of an expert or a yogi that has had experience with similar cases to get the best out of your daily yoga practice. Nonetheless, some easy poses that you can start doing right away are Sasangasana, Sukhasana, Paschimottanasana and Janursirasana. These exercises are easy to do and you can start with holding each pose for 15 to 20 seconds before moving on to the next. Perform the asanas in a circuit for up to 3 rounds for maximum impact.
