Anjaneyasana– Anjaneyasana or the Equestrian Pose is a lunging back bending asana in modern yoga. It makes the gluteus muscles and the quadriceps stronger while giving the hips and hip flexors a good stretch. It helps open up your shoulders from the top, your lungs, and your chest. 2. Utthita Ashwa Sanchalanasana– Also known as the Lunge Pose due to its close resemblance to a sprinter’s beginning position in a race. Utthita Ashwa Sanchalanasana helps with all the muscle groups majorly involved in movement. If you wish to loosen up the claves, hamstrings, hips and

  2. lower back, while tightening the core and increasing overall flexibility of the lower body then this exercise is one you must master. 3. Kumbhakasana– Also known as the Plank Pose due to it resembling a plank, great for toning the abs and training the core alongside strengthening upper body muscles like the arms and the torso. This pose is also beneficial for someone with a wrist ache as it can help regain strength slowly.
