  1. Good Oral Hygiene Habits Oral hygiene is a topic that is not given much importance to, by most of us today. People generally wake up, use any toothpaste to brush their teeth quickly and then go about their day. But, in reality, our oral hygiene habits can dictate an enormous amount about our over- all health and wellbeing. There are many age-old practices that enhance and improve our health. These are simple practices to carry out in the morning as a part of oral health. But, unfortunately, the busy modern world is slowly forgetting these life-altering habits and it is time that we all become mindful about them. Here are a few essential oral hygiene habits that you absolutely need to incorporate into your morning routine. Oil-pulling – This is a practice that can completely change your oral hygiene game. If you take a spoon-full of cold-pressed oil and swirl it around in your mouth for a few minutes before brushing your teeth, you will experience phenomenal health benefits. Oil-pulling is a technique that can kill all the harmful bacteria in your mouth and flush out toxins from your body. It is also an effective remedy for bad breath.

  2. Toothpaste – Toothpaste is the product that we use first thing in the morning yet, we pay very little attention to its quality. The chemical laden toothpastes available in the market do more harm than good. It is important to consciously switch to natural products for best oral health. You can find offline and online tea tree toothpaste, neem toothpaste and other herbal, natural products that are truly good for you. Tongue-scraping – Finally, another golden habit is to include tongue-scraping as your daily routine. Toxins accumulate most on your tongue and incorporating this habit will keep your oral health intact. Source Url- https://www.emazoo.com/blogs/50663/Good-Oral-Hygiene-Habits
