  1. डिजिटल ट्रांजैक्शन पर नहीं देना होगा कोई चार्ज

  2. अब डिजिटल ट्रांजैक्शन पर मर्चेंट डिस्काउंट रेट्स (MDR) शुल्क नहीं लगेगा। अगर पहली जनवरी 2020 के बाद किसी भी ट्रांजैक्शन पर यह शुल्क कटा है तो बैंक इसे ग्राहकों को रिफंड भी करेंगे। केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड यानी CBDT ने रविवार को बैंकों को निर्देश दिया कि वे पहली जनवरी 2020 को या उसके बाद इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मोड के जरिए किए गए ट्रांजेक्शनों पर वसूले गए शुल्क को तत्काल रिफंड करें।

  3. केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड की ओर से जारी सर्कुलर में कहा गया है कि सभी बैंक आयकर कानून 1961 के सेक्शन 269 के अंतर्गत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मोड के जरिए पहली जनवरी या उसके बाद किए गए ट्रांजेक्शनों पर वसूले गए शुल्क को तुरंत रिफंड कर दें। माना जा रहा है कि सरकार ने डिजिटल ट्रांजैक्शन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए यह फैसला लिया है।
