Purpose of this meeting: • Show summary of WP2 tasks • Prepare for the meeting next week • WP2 has 3 slots for presentations: • Thursday morning plenary (summary of today’s discussion); • Thursday morning parallel (key lessons from LHC 2011 operation); • Friday public meeting (baseline scenario -> April meeting) • Summary of WP2 resources and deliverables • Preparation for the organization within each task • Discussion and organization of WP2 tasks • Each task leader will present a proposal for topics. • Each task leader will present a proposal for the modus operandi • Discussion and organization of WP2 • Discussion on WP webpage.
