  6. Class Counts • Accuracy is key! Include parapro schedules (with student list) in count

  7. New Record Procedures • Any questions?

  8. AT Requests • Audiometers – pick up before you leave…if you haven’t already

Progress Monitoring • Dates for notebook checks • Aug. 24 – ECMS, ECHS, NGHS/Burwell, Madras, NHS • Aug. 26 – Arnall/Burwell, Lee, CEC, WDA, SRMS, Evans • Instructions for organizing notebook - See Special Education Website – Procedures – Data Collection • Rubric - See Special Education Website – Procedures – Data Collection • Random checks – progress reports/progress monitoring

Education 2020 • 50 special education licenses – high school • 25 WDA • 8 ECHS • 8 NHS • 9 NGHS • 25 middle school – math tutorial/CRCT Prep • 75 regular education – high school Program sheet – high school Procedures – Middle School  • 1. Provide a schedule of Special Education Remediation classes, grade levels, # of students served • 2. Verify that there are 5 computers that can be available in one room (or use of a lab) for this program • 3. Identify 1 teacher to teach all segments of ED2020 • 4. Demonstrate a plan to maximize implementation of program to serve a maximum number of students (30 per day)
