  1. Convergence

  2. Definition Convergence is how media institutions have merged and started using similar methods to get there projects out like moving to e-media. Media institutions do this because if they don’t they would fall behind over media institutions as they change and adapt to how there audience lives and views media.

  3. Sky Sky now has a number of different channels and services from sport to living channels, rewinding and pausing live TV. These are used to improve their users experience which is why it has become very popular with its own website and number of different apps. As well as interacting, sky itself has its own broadband and home phone service which again is how sky has converged, combining a number of different services in one. This can be very appealing to most as it makes certain aspects of life we take for granted much easier and more user friendly. Sky's website One of sky's many apps Sky's TV service
