Prosedur pendaftaran : • Step 1 : • membayar biaya regestrasi universitas sesuai dengan pilihan siswa. • SAXION – HAN Netherlands : Rp.3.600.000,- • APIIT-UCTI Malaysia : Rp.2.400.000,- • MMU Malaysia : Rp.3.000.000,- • UCSI Malaysia : Rp.3.000.000,- • KLIUC Malaysia : Rp.2.850.000,- • Ditrasfer ke BCA no.ac.1070484842 an.NIS Indonesia (tulis dikolom berita nama siswa & sma) • Step 2 : • 1. Mengisi formulir Universitas (download di www.study2malaysiabelanda.com) • 2. Foto warna 4x6 sebanyak 8 Lembar dg Background biru, baju kemeja, tdk tampak gigi • 3. FC Akte Lahir 1 lembar • 4. FC raport SMA semester 1-5 dilegalisir Kepala Sekolah • 5. FC bukti transfer regestrasi dan Visa • 6. FC Paspor halaman 1-48 sebanyak 2 rangkap. • 7. FC Toefl Int’l / IELTS (khusus yg memlilih ke Univ.Belanda) • Seluruh dokumen diatas dikirim ke Kantor NIS Indonesia jl.ciliwung 39 surabaya sebelum • 30 Maret 2011 • Step 3 : • Membayar biaya visa / ijin tinggal sebelum 20 Maret 2011 • Universitas Belanda : euro 500 / Rp.6.000.000,- • Universitas Malaysia : Rp.7.650.000 (UCTI), Rp.14.355.000 (UCSI), Rp.9.540.000 (KLIUC) • Ditransfer ke BCA no.ac.1070484842 an.NIS Indonesia (tulis dikolom berita nama siswa & sma) • Step 4 : • Mengisi form Medical check up dan dikirimkan sebelum 30 Mei 2011 ke kantor NIS • Step 5 : • Membayar biaya tiket SBY-KL atau JKT-KL atau SBY – Amsterdam apabila berangkat dg Grup dan ditrasfer ke BCA an.NIS Indonesia sebelum 15 Juni 2011 • Step 6 : • 23 Juli 2011 Keberangkatan siswa dlm grup ke universitas malaysia • 28 Agustus 2011 : keberangkatan siswa ke Universitas Belanda • Informasi : 08123107133 (Syakieb), 0811346643 (Afifah), 031.5678664 (NIS Office)
