  2. Self-evaluation of the IROP • Project carried out in cooperation with Italian partners of Polish-Italian-French twinning. • Time: June - October 2005 • Goal: Assesment of the IROP Measures using uniform methodology in managing, financing and capability in achievement intended targets.

  3. Self-evaluation of the IROP • Implementation Italian methodology into Polish conditions. • Stage of the project: • Preperation of questionnaires. • Testing in three regions: świętokrzyskim, warmińsko-mazurskim i pomorskim. • 12 .10.2005 final meeting

  4. Self-evaluation of the IROP • As the result of tests: • In the managing modul – changing and limiting the number of questions concernig resources and focus on efficiency ofprocedures. • In the financial modul – actualization financial forecasts.

  5. Self- evaluation of the IROP • In the capability in achievement intended targets modul- redefining goals of the IROP Measures and assign types of projects.

  6. Self evaluation of the IROP • The project has been suspended after the pilot stage. • The decision on implementation of the project in all regions has not been taken until now.
