  2. Overview • New Engaging Networks data formats make integration much more flexible • A new Drupal module developed for the new IFAW site introduces powerful new functionality • Installation and integration is straightforward and doesn’t require iframes or widgets

  3. Case study - IFAW • IFAW needed an integrated solution for their campaign toolset and their Salesforce CRM • Drupal was chosen as the platform and Jackson River as development partner • Drupal is the authoritative source for all data

  5. Action center • IFAW will have a number of actions spanning themes on the site • It is important to validate the transactions and be able to display results

  6. How it works • Install the module in Drupal • Create an action on Engaging Networks • Publish the action • Enter action id in the Drupal form • Fields populated automatically

  7. More details • Set up an action in Engaging Networks as normal • Choose form fields • Enter campaign content • Choose targets • Publish

  8. On the Drupal site • Choose Engaging Networks from the External Advocacy System list

  9. On the Drupal site • Add the Engaging Networks feed

  10. On the Drupal site • Add the Client ID and token information • Publish

  11. In Action • User fills in form and submits • Submission is validated locally before sending to Engaging Networks • Form added to the synch cue for Salesforce
