Research Services ECRT Team Pre-Award Spending in ECRT • Projects set up in PeopleSoft as Pre-Award Spending will be in the Non-Sponsored accounts in ECRT until the grant is awarded and budget is loaded in PeopleSoft. • NOTE: Be careful with individuals paid only on “Pre-Award Spending” Rev. 9/20/2010
