  1. 2 Very Good Oils For Gardeners Lavender anti biotic, healing and encourages new cell growth Majoram: a warming oil, prevents cramp.

  2. 20ml bottle • 15 drops of Majoram • 10 drops of Lavender. • Top up with massage oil • (aceite corporal from Mercadona)

  3. Before work, massage into shoulders, arms, hands, backs of knees and muscles on legs.

  4. Allow to sink in & then apply suntan lotion if you are working in the sun.

  5. After work, in the shower put a few drops of the mix with shower gel & massage well into all areas.

  6. If all else fails Live long enough to be a nuisance to your children!!!!!
