Eligibility = Entitled to FAPE. Any child 3 and older who is evaluated pursuant to the IDEA and MUSER and found by the IEP Team to be a child with a disability is entitled to a FAPE.The IEP Team must develop an IEP which must be implemented by the CDS site/public school district in the LRE.
