  1. Access Rights • Updated March 3, 2014

Access Rights will test for four things: • Is the Volunteer currently registered? • Does the Volunteer have an eAYSO Account (Login-Password) linked to their AYSO record? • Does the Volunteer have a start and stop date in the terms columns on the Information Form (the Board and Staff list)? • Is the Volunteer listed on the IF (RIF, AIR and/or SIF)?

  3. Access Rights • This enhancement does nothing to test for a Volunteers certifications or training • Instructors are listed on an IF so that they can have access rights

  4. Instructors on Information Form • Only Instructor Positions from which the instructor derives their access rights. • RINST - Region • AINST - Area • SINST - Section

  5. Access Rights - Courses Separate Matrix that allows the level of courses and disciplines that an instructor is permitted to request and manage a roster. • Matrix is reflected in the AYSO Course Catalogue.
