  1. War builds a country while destroying it. From pure violence to deep introspection, these war movies have an understanding of the formation of the modern geopolitical world. Although war movies such as wonder woman, Captain America, Troy or the entire Lord of the rings trilogy have wonderful battle scenes, this list includes only war movies based at least in part on real history. There are no superheroes here, but there are many other great movies. War movies are particularly good at releasing emotions that may be difficult to obtain, especially for men. The best movie about war is not just about it. They have something to say about the losses it has caused to the human beings involved. These are the Top 5 War Movies. If you are looking for other types, please check out our list of best war movies on Dogesflix now. 5. The Thin Red Line (1998) The uniqueness of this list is that the fine red line discusses the special fighting styles and strategies used by Japanese infantry in the island war, in which the boundary between morality and victory is damaged. An American soldier (Jim kaweize) who is reluctant to leave without leave is spending time with locals on an island in the South Pacific. He is captured and forced to rejoin the army to fight with the Imperial Japanese army in World War II. Supported by a group of rising stars, including the heroic appearance of John Cusack, the film reflects the emotions American soldiers feel when they are forced to fight an enemy they don't even know. 4. The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957) Some people think this is the best war movie ever. The Guihe bridge is an intimate observation of a group of prisoners of war in Southeast Asia during World War II. Under the leadership of their rule-abiding and patriotic Colonel Nicholson (Alec Guinness), British prisoners of war were forced to build a train bridge on the Gui River without knowing that an operation to destroy it was under way. Although he has been established as a film idol, Alec Guinness, as a proud Colonel, showed incredible fine performance in the process of making history when he was forced to build this war monument. The film won seven Oscars for its excellent storyline, which established its historical position as a classic film. 3. The Hurt Locker (2008) Kathryn Bigelow, director of point break, brought the six time Oscar winner the hurt locker, the only film on the list that commented on the cruelty of the Iraq war. When a substitute sergeant was assigned to a bomb squad, the tension could be expected to be high, but it was further exacerbated by his risky but very successful approach. The result was a tense war drama, and people around the sergeant began to question his tactics. Jeremy Renner, who starred in early performances, beautifully demonstrated one of the unfortunate common side effects of War: addiction to lifestyle. 2. Saving Private Ryan (1998) Saving Private Ryan features the most shocking opening scene on the list. The story starts from the bloody beach in Normandy and immediately tells the audience their purpose. When Captain

  2. John Miller (Tom Hanks) is given the task of lifting a Private Ryan (his three brothers were killed in the battle), he must bring his soldiers behind the enemy and face most of the German army bravely. The film is largely based on a true story, bringing us into multiple independent storylines and plunging us into the pain of the young people who served in the war. 1.Apocalypse Now (1979) Legendary director and writer Francis Ford Coppola tells a fantasy story about the Vietnam War, which is told through scenes full of allegorical charm and irresistible images. When a Vietnamese officer was given an unlikely mission, he had to find and assassinate a rogue special forces colonel. He had convinced himself and some locals that he was a God. Starring rising star Martin Sheen and legendary Marlon Brando, creative and award-winning cinematography is the carrier of the film, which consolidates history as a highly imaginative film production.
