Between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on November 21, donations made to nonprofits through the Phelps County Community Foundation’s Razoo website, or hand-delivered to the Foundation’s office, will be matched, allowing donors to grow their year-end gifts. give 2 Grow • November 21

WHY WE CREATED give2GROW Our goal is to inspire local residents and supporters to make a gift to their favorite charities, raising thousands of dollars in one day. • Through your participation in Phelps County’s • give2GROWday, your non-profit will have the opportunity to promote support for your organization and harness the power of collective giving. • Our toolkit will provide you with templates and tips that will make it easy for you to have fun while you tell your story and grow donor support. give 2 Grow • November 21

How give2GROW will work • Incentive match funds • Over $100,000 in a matching pool of funds will be distributed to each of the participating non-profits in a proportional share based on the total dollars raised. give 2 • To receive incentive matching funds, donations must be made: • Between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. November 21through your nonprofit’s page on the PCCF Give 2 Growwebsite; • or • delivered in person at the Phelps County Community Foundation office – 504 4th Avenue– during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Grow November 21

  6. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A DONATION IS MADE ONLINE at give2grow.razoo.com or at the PCCF Office? Razoo will remit all gifts made through give 2Growto the PCCF by the 10th of December. Checks will be mailed to your organization after processing. give 2Growdonations are processed through Razoo. There is a 4.9% processing fee for give2Grow donations The overall match portion for your organization will be calculated and sent to you by the PCCF in December A donation is made on your page of the give 2Grow website or at the PCCF office give 2 Grow November 21

  7. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORGANIZATION HAS RECEIVED A DONATION ON NOVEMBER 21? • The give2GROW website • give2grow.razoo.com • will operate in real time on November 29. You will be able to see the totals given to any cause on that day. • Check often during the day to see your status and placement for the bonus grant challenge! • Each organization can go to their log-in page and click on the ‘Donations’ tab to view or download the details of each contribution. give 2 Grow November21
