Matching an open job posting to job seeker the resumes, assessment results and their employment goals allows us to match job seekers to jobs very quickly and with a high degree of success. It also takes to individual One Stop staff reviewing their job seekers against any job posting they may be reviewing out of the equation……….. Regardless of where a potential job seeker match in our county might be – across the entire One Stop system.
