Please email CCMS.team@legalaid.gsi.gov.uk. • Welcome to our monthly PowerPoint document, CCMS e-Trainer. • CCMS e-Trainer will focus on the training and support we can offer you in the run-up to mandatory use of the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) on 1 February 2016. • This month, we: • CCMS Training and Use Snapshot • Focus our spotlight on a process on which we frequently get questions – this month we focus on Setting up New Users • Remittance enhancements 60 days to go until 1 February 2016 when CCMS is mandatory.

  3. CCMS Training and Use Snapshot Our Online Training modules have continued to be a success. The table below is a snapshot of the places we’ve offered and the number of providers that have booked places from 2nd of November to 23rd November.

  5. One remittance advice • You will now receive one remittance advice containing financial information for all of your CCMS users. This will take effect in the next BACS run. • To register for electronic remittance advice email: ProviderRecords-London@legalaid.gsi.gov.uk. • A change, allowing you to nominate who receives your remittance advice, will be released soon. We’ll keep you updated.
