National Launching 2005 Argentine Society of Cardiology (SAC, in Spanish) and Argentine Federation of Cardiology (FAC), as organizers, officially launched nationally and regionally the XVIº World Congress of Cardiology.The event took place on Tuesday 28th June 2005 at the Sheraton Hotel Buenos Aires, in front of representatives of the Health Ministry, City Council, directors of many pharmaceutical industries, Cardiology-related companies, prestigious cardiologists and journalists.

  5. WHF General Assembly - Barcelona, 2006 The XVIº World Congress of Cardiology was officially launched, internationally at the WCC 2006 during the General Assembly of the WHF. The WCC 2008 planning was presented to the delegates of the Societies and Foundations members of the WHF. Promotional Activities were done jointly with the WHF at a stand on the Exhibition Area of the WCC 2006.
