  2. Cas 9 - Patient de 32 ans, chute d’une hauteur de 5m, trauma crânien sans PCI. - Examen: otorragie droite. Paralysie faciale complète droite. 1/ Quel diagnostic? 2/ Examens complémentaires? 3/ CAT?

Réponses 1/ Paralysie faciale post-traumatique par fracture du rocher. 2/ -TDM cérébrale avec coupes centrées sur le rocher. - Audiométrie après examen otologique. 3/ Une paralysie faciale complète post-traumatique nécessite une hospitalisation en milieu ORL pour décompression chirurgicale du nerf facial.

  4. Rocher: • Contient le labyrinthe. - Traversé par: • Artère carotide interne • VII et VIII Otoliquorrhée (LCR) PFP droite
