  2. EFFECTIVE WAYS TO GET COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND Anyone can achieve peace of mind. It may seem difficult at first but with dedication, your work is already half done. Life is not a jar of candy. There are bitter sweet moments that can lift you up or pull you down. In spite of life’s ever changing nature, we can achieve stability in mind. All our lives, most of us are constantly in search of peace of mind and inner calm but it is important to understand that this is not something we can buy or seek. We often get indulged in the process of seeking peace rather than attaining it. Happiness or peace is not something we can get or grasp, it comes from within.   3. MEDITATE Get in touch with your spiritual side. Relax your mind and do away with all your thoughts. Concentrate on your breathing, the air that comes in when you inhale and the air that goes out when you exhale. You can meditate in your own way. Connect with the divine, use incenses, candles, and Buddha idols whatever suits you. This method will surely help you achieve peace and serenity. If you want to create the proper foundation to establish long-lasting peace of mind, then there’s no way around meditation.

If you want to feel happy, you can listen to songs that are happy and this works the other way around too. When you lost someone in your life, it’s helpful to listen to sad songs.   5. AVOID IRRELEVANT THINKING Over thinking is the root of all evil. It has the ability to create problems that didn’t even exist in the first place. Over thinking includes over analyzing situations and trying to find answers to everything. You don’t need to know everything so give it a rest. Same way, when something is done, it has been done. Scrutinizing and trying to find errors in past and present decisions will do no good. You must feel everything. Make sure you go through every phase of your life, be it success or failure.

  6. ADD A NEW HOBBY So you like to sing or maybe dance? A hobby is an activity that gives one pleasure. You don’t need to work all the time, spend some time enjoying yourself. If you are interested in acting, take some lessons that will help you. In this way you will not only learn but also have a great time. Doing something you love puts your mind at ease. Keep yourself engaged and busy with your favourite hobby. It could be anything.

  7. BE PRACTICAL Do not expect too much from yourself or the people around you. Setting unfeasible goals, puts people under stress. When expectations are not met, people feel disappointed. Another thing worth remembering is that, people won’t give you as much as you give them. So it’s best to not think about that and carry on with your life. Sow the seeds but don’t expect to eat the fruits. Just be practical in your life and make a habit of moving.
