Pickmere (Extra Care) Concierge £15,297.07 Plus pension and benefits 12 month fixed term contract 32 hours per week (nights 7pm – 7am) Pickmere is one of Wulvern’s Extra Care developments, based in Crewe, providing 85 apartments for those over 55, with a range of care or support needs. As Concierge at Pickmere you will provide a front of house reception facility for residents and visitors overnight and take responsibility for managing and controlling access and security. Supporting the overnight on-site care worker, you will respond to emergencies, as well as complete minor repairs and caretaking tasks. You will work on a rota with other Concierges to provide the service seven nights per week. To be successful you should have experience in building security, with excellent customer facing skills. You should take a hands-on approach and be confident using IT systems. This role will require an enhanced CRB check.
