  1. PRESS RELEASE New SOT-23 Power MOSFETs Product Family from -30V to 100V DATA SHEETS HI-RES GRAPHIC The new SOT-23 MOSFET family covers the full range of voltages from -30V to 100V with different levels of RDS(on) and Qg specifications that provide a choice of performance and price depending on the application. MOSFET HOME PAGE • Features • Industry standard pinout results in multi-vendor compatibility • Compatible with existing Surface Mount Technologies results in easier manufacturing • RoHS compliant containing no lead, no bromide and no halogen makes these devices environmentally friendly • MSL1 increases reliability • Advantages • The lower RDS(on) parts at each voltage node (-30V, 30V, 40V, 60V, 100V) give customers a higher current rating given the same SOT-23 footprint as before. This improves design margin for the same design or provides a solution for heavier loads. • With the lowest RDS(on) in the market, the -30V and 30V SOT-23 MOSFETs carry much higher current and better power dissipation than IR’s previous generation SOT-23 as well as against competitor devices. • The new SOT-23 MOSFET product family now provides better and broader design options to customers who are looking for cost-effective and good performance solutions.
