  1. CREAMY CHEESE SAUCE 1 Cup Water ¾ Cup raw cashews 3 T. Sesame Tahini 1 ¼ tsp. Salt 4 Tb. Nutritional yeast flakes 2 tsp Onion powder ½ tsp Garlic powder ¼ tsp Dill weed ½ cup Pimento 3 Tb. Lemon juice Put all ingredients into blender until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and thicken over medium heat, stirring constantly. This cheese makes a wonderful topping for tortilla chips, rice, potatoes, or other dishes calling for cheese. Try it over steamed broccoli or cauliflower, too.
