The treatment for clubfoot depends on the baby’s age, as well as the severity of the condition.   3. Ponseti Method involves manipulation through casting and gentle stretching.

  4. After casting and manipulation, Achilles tenotomy is performed to release continued tightness in the Achilles tendon of the affected foot

  6. French Method includes specialized physiotherapy via taping, stretching and splinting. It is continued until the baby is around 2-3 years old.
