  1. Global Immigration Management Aeren LPO assists the Immigration firms in Corporate, Individuals and family based U.S. immigration matters. We take pride in the quality of our work and our attention to detail. Our team of attorneys has the credibility and experience of successfully resolving complex legal issues. To serve our clients in an efficient manner, our company is comprised of full departments to cover the breadth of cases handled by our office. Whether it is for work visas i.e. H1B & status, L1 Visa & statuses or other work visa & statuses; Investor visas like B1-visa, B2 visa, NIW; Resident Visas like Employment based, family based, lottery or other I-485/I-140, PERM labor certification, green card case, each falls under a department led by an experienced attorney, who operates with the support of talented paralegals, legal assistants, and secretaries. End to end support in Immigration case management: 1. Acting as virtual assistants for the Immigration Attorneys and Firms. 2. Expertise in Corporate, business and individual based immigration cases. 3. Collecting information from clients on the prescribed visa specific questionnaires. 4. Scrutinizing information in consonance with visa specific requirements. 5. Filling of labor certification applications like LCA and PERM. 6. Drafting specialized/supporting letters for employment based visas. 7. Drafting Attorney cover letters for visa applications. 8. Expertise in working on software platforms/web based tools like INSZoom, LawLogix and BlueDot.

  2. 9. Providing post submission assistance by keeping a track on the status of applications/petitions. 10. Continuous research on the changes and amendments in immigration policies and rules. Process for Immigration Support Services: We provide end to end support in Immigration case management by following process: 1. Getting access to Clients’ information and other details: Information provided by the clients to the immigration attorneys is generally captured in the form of questionnaires which are prepared in accordance with visa specific forms requirements. We retrieve all the information from those questionnaires and verify the same with supporting documents. 2. Procurement and Compilation of Supporting Documents: All the evidences and supporting documents required for filing visa applications are provided by the client either by uploading the same directly on the cloud based database or are sometime sent electronically through emails. We retrieve all the documents and compile them by keeping them in designated folders on our secured servers. 3. Applying for prerequisite certifications and approvals: In some cases prior certification or approvals are required to be obtained before filing visa applications. In such scenarios we provide assistance in filing for certifications by drafting the petitions and filling requisite forms and submit them online on the concerned departments’ portals. For example, Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) Labor Certification is required from US Department of Labor in order to apply for Employment Based Immigration Visas in USA. 4. Capturing the information from the database in the requisite forms: All the visa forms are filled using tools such as INS Zoom, Law Logix and BlueDot etc. General information regarding the Petitioner and Beneficiary are saved while creating their profiles on the tools and gets auto populated on the forms, while visa specific information is captured manually. We capture all the requisite information on the forms and finalize the same after a thorough QC. 5. Drafting cover letter and other support letters: We then draft the cover letters and petitions letters which are required to be filed along with the visa forms. These letters are case specific in nature and are drafted keeping in view the facts and requirements of individual case.

  3. 6. Submission of Forms and Documents: Once compiled, we annex all the supporting documents with Forms as exhibits and forward the application bunch to the attorney for getting the same submitted with the authorities after attestation and payment of requisite fees. 7. Keeping a track of applications: After the successful submission of the application with the authorities, we keep a tab on the progress of the applications by regularly accessing the tracking tools or by checking the status directly from the portal of Department’s website with the help of application’s receipt/acknowledgement number. 8. Resolution of queries and observations: In case if any query/observation or request for evidence (RFE) is raised by the immigration department, we provide assistance in resolution of the same by coordinating with the client to seek further evidence and submit the same on department’s portal or by submitting a representation in response to such observation. 9. Steps after approval or rejection of the Petitions: If the applications are approved, intimation regarding the same is conveyed to the client. However, if in case the application gets rejected, we thoroughly examine the grounds of rejection and if the provision for appeal is available then we draft an appeal for the attorney to enable him to represent the client before the appellate authority. For e.g.if USCIS denies the I-140 petition, the petitioner can appeal the denial. The appeal will be adjudicated by the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO).
